Newly Built building initial cleaning
The tasks involve cleaning the entire building and include the following tasks:
Staircase
- Sweeping and mopping floors with microfiber mops.
- Cleaning railings and handrails.
- Cleaning signs, fire extinguishers, sockets, etc.
- Cleaning and polishing stainless steel surfaces, inside and outside of elevators.
- Sweeping and mopping elevator floors.
Free Spaces (Offices)
- Dusting and cleaning free surfaces of bookshelves, cabinets, shelves.
- Emptying trash cans and replacing with new bags.
- Gathering trash in special bags and disposing of them in appropriate locations.
- Sweeping and mopping floors with microfiber mops.
- Cleaning glass entrance doors.
Kitchen Areas
- Cleaning kitchen cabinets inside and outside.
- Organizing work surface and cleaning surfaces from marks and stains.
Bathroom Areas
- Bathroom fixtures inside and outside are cleaned and disinfected, including the covers.
- Metal parts (faucets, switches) are polished with special detergents.
- Tiles are cleaned and polished.
- Mirrors are cleaned.
- Sweeping the floor and mopping with water containing special disinfectant solution.
- Replenishing supplies (tissue paper, paper towels, soaps, room deodorants, etc.) which will be provided by you.
Underground Parking Areas
- General cleaning of underground parking (mechanical cleaning of floors, dusting of piping).
External Areas
- Pressure washing of floors in all external areas.
Windows
- Cleaning windows with their frames inside and outside.
