House Cleaning. Detailed description

The following tasks are the basic ones that are followed in cleaning the house after renovation or before moving.

Outdoor cleaning

•  Washing the shutters and their frames and drying them with a microfiber cloth.
•  Removing silicone from window frames.
•  Washing window frames and drying with a microfiber cloth.
•  Removal of silicone and dirt (cements, putties, paints) from the windows with a special glass scraper.
•  Cleaning with a set of windows (fur - puller) of the windows.
•  Cleaning the balconies using a high pressure machine.
•  Cleaning of awnings, outdoor units of air conditioners and railings, with a high pressure machine.
•  Cleaning of external luminaires and balcony sockets.

Kitchen space cleaning

• Vacuuming kitchen cabinets.
• Wash all surfaces of kitchen cabinets (interior - exterior) and workbench, using disinfectant cleaner, which does not affect wooden surfaces.
• Drying all surfaces with a microfiber cloth.
• Clean the refrigerator internally and externally with deodorizer.
• Cleaning the oven internally with a special chemical liquid (fat solvent).
• Cleaning the kitchen tiles with disinfectant liquid and drying with a microfiber cloth.

Wardrobe cleaning  

• Vacuuming closets.
• Washing all the surfaces of the closets (inside - outside) with the use of disinfectant cleaner, which does not affect the wooden surfaces.
• Removal of silicone and contaminants (cements, putties, paints) with a special surface scraper.
• Drying all surfaces with a microfiber cloth.

Cleaning of walls and free surfaces

• Dry cleaning of the walls with a special microfiber pad.
• In case the walls need washing, then the procedure is done by soaking the microfiber pad with a special cleaning fluid.
• Cleaning with microfiber cloth impregnated with disinfectant liquid of free surfaces (sockets, air conditioners, high points, fireplace, lights, doors, door frames, etc.).

Cleaning of wooden floors    

• Professional vacuuming of floors and skirting boards to remove dust.
• Removal of contaminants (cements, putties, paints) from wooden floors with a special floor scraper.
• Cleaning of wooden skirting boards, with a special non-alkaline cleaner, using a microfiber cloth.
• Mopping of wooden floors, with a special non-alkaline cleaner, using a professional microfiber mop.

Cleaning of ceramic floors (tiles)   

• Professional vacuuming of floors and skirting boards to remove dust.
• Removal of contaminants (cements, putties, paints, grouts) from ceramic floors and skirting boards with a special floor scraper.
• If the dirt is strong then use a special professional rotary machine with special felt that does not scratch the floor and use a strong non-acid cleaner to remove strong dirt.
• Cleaning of skirting boards, with a special non-alkaline cleaner, using a microfiber cloth.
• Moping of ceramic floors, with a special non-alkaline cleaner, using a professional microfiber mop.

Cleaning of sanitary areas

• The sanitary ware inside and outside as well as the cover are cleaned and disinfected using disinfectant liquid.
• The metal parts (taps, switches) are polished with special detergents.
• The tiles are cleaned and disinfected using disinfectant liquid.
• The mirrors are cleaned.
• Removal of contaminants (cements, putties, paints, grouts) from ceramic floors with a special floor scraper.
• If the dirt is strong then use a special professional rotary machine with special felt that does not scratch the floor and use a strong non-acid cleaner to remove strong dirt.
• Mop the floor with water containing a special disinfectant liquid.
