Daily Diagnostic Clinic Cleaning at Glyfada

The tasks concern the cleaning of the entire diagnostic center, all three (3) floors and will include the following areas:

- Cleaning of office and examination rooms
- Cleaning of sanitary areas
- Cleaning of staircase and external area

Detailed:

Office and Examination Rooms

Sweeping & mopping of floors with microfiber mops.
Dusting, cleaning and disinfection (with special disinfectant liquid) of all surfaces, objects, furniture, as well as other office equipment.
Dusting, cleaning and disinfection (with special disinfectant liquid) of exposed surfaces of bookshelves, cupboards, shelves.
Dusting of external heating and air conditioning units.
Removal of fingerprints from doors and glass partitions and light switches.
Cleaning of surfaces and walls from marks & stains.
Dusting of machinery.
Dusting of window frames.
Emptying of garbage bins & replacement with new bag.
Collection of waste in special bags and removal of these to suitable for this purpose areas.

Sanitary Areas

Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom items inside, outside as well as the cover.
Polishing special degreasers on metal parts (faucets, switches).
Cleaning and polishing tiles.
Cleaning mirrors.
Sweeping the floor and mopping with water containing special disinfectant liquid.
Replenishment of consumables (toilet paper, hand towels and hand soap dispensers).

Staircase and External Area

Sweeping & mopping of floors with microfiber mops.
Cleaning of staircase handrails.
Cleaning and polishing of stainless steel surfaces of the elevator.
Cleaning of elevator mirrors.
Sweeping of the external area of the entrance.
Cleaning of the entrance door.

Periodic Cleaning Tasks

Cleaning of windows inside and outside along with their frames (where access is available). Monthly.
Thorough cleaning of glass partitions. Monthly.
