Daily construction company offices cleaning at Helliniko

The work involves a three-story container building (ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors), and will include the following areas:

Office Areas
Hygiene Areas
Kitchen Area
Staircase and External Space

Detailed Tasks:

Office Areas

Sweeping & mopping of floors with microfiber mops.
Dusting, cleaning and disinfection (with special sanitizing liquid) of all surfaces, objects, furniture and other office equipment (ONLY ON FREE SURFACES).
Dusting, cleaning and disinfection (with special sanitizing liquid) of free surfaces of shelves, cabinets, and racks.
Dusting of heating units and air conditioning units.
Removal of fingerprints from doors, partition glass and light switches.
Cleaning of surfaces and walls from marks & stains.
Dusting of window frames.
Emptying of trash bins & replacement with new bags.
Collection of waste in special bags and disposal to appropriate areas.

Hygiene Areas

Cleaning and disinfection of hygiene items inside, outside as well as covers.
Polishing metallic parts (faucets, switches) with special cleaners.
Cleaning and polishing of tiles.
Cleaning of mirrors.
Sweeping of the floor and mopping with water containing special disinfectant liquid.
Replenishment of consumables (toilet paper, hand towels and soap dispensers) which will be provided by you.

Kitchen Area

Organization of the work counter and cleaning of surfaces from marks and stains.
Emptying of trash bag and replacement with new bag.
Replenishment of consumables (kitchen paper, kitchen roll and dish soap) which will be provided by you.

Staircase and External Space

Sweeping & mopping of floors with microfiber mops.
Cleaning of the staircase railings.
Cleaning of the external space (where feasible)
